As you are aware already, The Ticketing Co. offers a scanner/check-in app for both iOS and Android (you can find the links and information here: https://promoter.theticketing.co/scanner) for fast, easy and secure check-ins of your ticket buyers and guests.
The Check-Ins tab hosts your events check-in information that updates in real-time. Always know the number of tickets you've sold, scanned and how many are left to scan, all by tier/category.
Each check-in of purchased tickets creates a timestamped entry with when the ticket was scanned, who scanned it, the name of the buyer, ticket type and order ID. This information is also available on our Scanner/Check-in App for event organizers and their team member
