ARTICLE 7 - Who Can Join the Ambassador Program

Edited

Who Is the Ambassador Program Designed For?

The Ticketing Co. Ambassador Program is open to anyone who is active in the event space, connected to event creators, or simply passionate about helping organizers succeed. You do not need to be an event organizer yourself — you simply need to know or interact with people who plan, host, or promote events.

Our most successful ambassadors naturally engage in communities where events are created, shared, or attended.

Ideal Candidates for the Program

Below are examples of people who typically thrive in the Ambassador Program:

1. Event Organizers

People who already run:

  • Concerts

  • Festivals

  • Parties

  • Sports events

  • Conferences

  • Vendor markets

  • Community events

Organizers often know other organizers, making referrals easy and authentic.

2. Promoters & Marketers

This includes:

  • Event promoters

  • Club promoters

  • Street team members

  • Marketing managers

  • Social media promoters

They frequently network with event hosts and can make introductions effortlessly.

3. Influencers & Content Creators

Especially creators who focus on:

  • Music

  • Nightlife

  • Travel

  • Community events

  • Local activities

  • Entertainment

Your audience trusts you, which makes your referral link more effective.

4. DJs, Hosts, and Artists

People who perform at events often know dozens of organizers.
This category includes:

  • DJs

  • Hosts/MCs

  • Live performers

  • Bands

  • Speakers

  • Comedians

Their network is naturally filled with event creators.

5. Venue Staff & Managers

If you work in or around event spaces, you're a perfect fit:

  • Venue managers

  • Box office staff

  • Booking agents

  • Promoters

  • Sound engineers

You interact with organizers daily.

6. Community Leaders

People who run or manage:

  • Local groups

  • University clubs

  • Sports leagues

  • Nonprofit organizations

  • Meetup groups

  • Cultural groups

These communities host events and often look for reliable ticketing solutions.

7. People Who Just Know People

Even if you aren’t in the event industry, you can join if you:

  • Have an active social network

  • Attend many events

  • Know organizers personally

  • Are active on social platforms

  • Enjoy sharing helpful tools

You don’t need industry experience — just connections.

Who Can Apply?

The program is open to:

  • Anyone 18 years or older

  • Anyone with the ability to share their referral link

  • Anyone who is willing to introduce organizers to The Ticketing Co.

  • People within or outside the U.S. (depending on payout options)

There is no cost, no application fee, and no commitment required.

Who Is Not a Good Fit?

We want ambassadors to be set up for success. The following may not be ideal candidates:

1. People with no event-related connections at all

You don’t need a huge network, but some connection to events is helpful.

2. Anyone seeking full-time employment

This is not a job — it’s a flexible rewards program.

3. People who want to avoid all communication

We send monthly updates and rewards info; staying connected matters.

4. Those who expect guaranteed monthly income

Rewards depend on referrals, activity, and engagement.

Do I Need to Be an Event Organizer?

No. You can join even if you’ve never hosted an event. Many of our ambassadors succeed simply by sharing their link with the organizers they know.

Do I Need Experience Promoting or Selling?

Not at all.
This program is designed for:

  • Casual connectors

  • Social sharers

  • Community-minded people

If you can make an introduction, you can earn rewards.
