ARTICLE 6 - Ambassador Responsibilities
Your Role as an Ambassador
The Ambassador Program is intentionally simple and designed to fit naturally into your everyday interactions. You are not a salesperson, not a support agent, and not required to do any technical work.
Your primary responsibility is to connect event organizers to The Ticketing Co. We take care of the rest.
Your Core Responsibilities
Below is a clear list of what ambassadors are expected to do:
1. Make Introductions
Your #1 responsibility is to introduce event organizers to our team or share your referral link.
This can be done by:
Sending an email or DM introduction
Connecting us on Discord
Sharing your ambassador link with an organizer
Recommending us in event communities
Once the introduction is made, your job is complete.
2. Share Your Referral Link
Your unique link is essential for tracking referrals. It can be shared on:
Social media
Text messages
Emails
Event pages
QR codes
Discord servers
Community groups
Sharing your link is one of the easiest and most effective ways to earn commissions and bonuses.
3. Participate in Monthly Opportunities (Optional but Encouraged)
Ambassadors who stay active in the program often earn more rewards.
Optional engagement includes:
Joining the Monthly Ambassador Discord Meeting
Participating in monthly challenges
Sharing promotional posts
Helping spread awareness during featured campaigns
These optional actions earn you bonus entries for giveaways and rewards.
4. Represent The Ticketing Co. Positively
As an ambassador, you’re part of our extended team. You’re expected to:
Share accurate information
Follow brand guidelines (we provide them)
Promote our platform with authenticity
Avoid spreading false or misleading claims
We keep our messaging simple so you never need to guess what to say.
5. Stay Connected via Email or Discord
We may send:
Monthly reward updates
New tools or marketing materials
Program announcements
Referral updates
Bonus opportunities
Staying connected ensures you don’t miss out on prizes or earnings.
What Ambassadors Are NOT Responsible For
We want this program to be easy, fun, and low-pressure.
Here’s what you do not need to do:
❌ You do NOT need to provide support
We handle all technical, account, and customer support questions.
❌ You do NOT need to onboard organizers
Our team walks organizers through onboarding, event setup, and planning.
❌ You do NOT need to sell or close deals
There are no quotas, no aggressive outreach expectations, and no sales pressure.
❌ You do NOT need to run events through us
You may or may not be an event organizer — both are allowed.
❌ You do NOT need to understand complex platform features
We provide simple talking points; the rest is handled by us.
❌ You do NOT need to manage referrals
Tracking, updates, and payouts are 100% handled on our side.
Your job is truly only the introduction.
