💵 Payment Policies
At The Ticketing Co., we make it easy to get paid and offer several different payment options in order to receive your payment. You can receive payment via:
ACH (Free bank transfer)Â Recommended
Wire Transfer ($25 fee associated per wire sent)
PayPal
Mailed Check
Some things to note about payments from The Ticketing Co.:
Regular payment schedule is Monday/Tuesday following the event. If a bank holiday occurs on a Monday, payment should occur on that Tuesday/Wednesday instead.
For festival or block party events, payment will not occur until Wednesday (or the next day if a bank holiday occurs that week/day).
The TIcketing Co. will send a sales summary after your event concludes (prior to payment)
ACH Payments take 1 business day to hit a promoter account and are free to send/receive.
Wire transfers are charges $25 per wire assessed at settlement.
There is a 5k limit on Zelle transactions daily, which can cause a delay in payment at times.
If the amount to be sent via Zelle is over $5,000, we will instead ask that you receive payment via ACH or Wire Transfer.
For festival/block party events (or any large event) a chargeback reserve may be held for 90 days and represents between 1%-5% of the "Due Promoter" amount (includes gross, taxes, rebates, discounts). By default, this is held without portions being returned until the 90 day period ends. Promoters receive the difference of this amount less refunds/disputes that occur after the 90 day expiration.
