🚀 Getting Started

Welcome to The Ticketing Co. This section covers what you need to go from a brand-new account to running live events: creating your organization, setting up your profile, getting your payout details in place, and making sure you know your way around before your first event goes live.

Sign up at theticketing.co/organizer-signup, verify your email, then create your organization. One account covers both buying tickets and organizing events.

Dashboard → Settings → Organization. Fill in your name, website, socials, description, avatar, custom URL, contact info, and timezone. Then click Save in each section.

Payout setup runs in order: W-9 → identity verification → payout method. Discounts, Taxes, and the Widget Builder all live under Settings in your dashboard.

Three things matter most before your first event: payout setup, team access, and the scanner app. Everything else can be configured as you go.
